- What the West does not understand is that Islam admits that government control is central to Islam and that Muslims must, sooner or later, demand to live under an Islamic government.
- The majority of the world does not understand that much of the American media is in a propaganda war against the Trump administration simply because he names Islamic jihad and would prefer to see a strong and prosperous America as a world leader rather than to see a dictatorship — secular or theocratic — as a world leader.
- Islam claims to be an Abrahamic religion, but in fact Islam came to the world 600 years after Christ, not to affirm the Bible but to discredit it; not to co-exist with “the people of the book” — Jews and Christians — but to replace them, after accusing them of intentionally falsifying the Bible.
- Islam was created as a rebellion against the Bible and its values, and it relies on government enforcement to do so.
- Political and legal (sharia) Islam is much more than a religion. Is the First Amendment a suicide pact?
Rep. Keith Ellison (D-Minn.) said that President Donald Trump’s 90-day ban on immigration from seven predominantly Muslim countries is “a religiously based ban,” and “if they can ban Muslims, why can’t they ban Mormons.” This has become the position of the Democratic Party and the mainstream media, which has influenced not only the American public but has convinced the majority of the world that America is “bad.” How can we blame the world, and even a good segment of American citizens, for hating America when such disingenuous and misleading claims are aired to the world from US officials and broadcast by American television channels? America is under siege, but not from an outside force like ISIS. Rather, this nation is under full frontal assault from none other than our political elites – a monarchy of kings and queens who are stripping the very soul from our great land, all while fortifying their own crooked kingdoms. Aiding them in their plundering and pillaging are a group of globalist elites who finance their operations, a media propaganda machine that twists the truth into an unrecognizable beast, and an education system sold out to leftist propaganda and mind control, a la Common Core.
The Clintons, the Bushes and the Obamas are the kings and queens of America. And the will of “We the People” is little more than an insignificant bump in the road to their nefarious global agenda. Gone are the days of fair and clean elections in this country. Once the monarchy ascended the throne, all manner of assets were dispatched to ensure they maintained their lofty positions.
On the debate stage Wednesday night, I never saw a Republican Donald Trump versus a Democrat Hillary Clinton fighting for their respective platforms. Instead, I was watching a battle, for which one side has all of the advantage, and the other is fighting to hold onto America as we know it. It was “We the People”, with all of our rough edges, successes and failures, against the evil queen, with the resources of the world daring us to challenge her authority.
Donald Trump, in facing down the authority of the global elites and their explicit collusion with the White House and the entire Obama intelligence community, is made to look small. The monarchy is using every available resource, legal or illegal, to smear and belittle him.
He says the system is rigged and he is correct. Never has that been more evident than with the Project Veritas videos that reveal convicted felon and a member of the Clinton campaign’s inner circle, Robert Creamer, admitting to encouraging voter fraud and inciting violence at Trump rallies. This is the same Robert Creamer who had copious access to the Obama White House. Are we to believe that Mr. Creamer was visiting the White House more than 300 times just to take a tour? President Obama, the Clintons, and all of their little underlings are duping the American voting public on an unprecedented scale. Mr. Trump was correct – the illegal activities taking place to influence the election in favor of the elites makes the Watergate scandal, for which a president was forced to resign and men were sent to prison, look like a misdemeanor.
Conveniently, when the Clinton campaign’s dirty dealings were exposed, the Obama White House and his “intelligence” agencies were able to hand-fake the debate by giving Clinton the “Russia is hacking us” dialogue. Never mind how the information was made public! Did you or did you not say those things, Mrs. Clinton? Of course you did, so let’s just blame the Russians for exposing the truth.
The mainstream media, which we have already established is nothing more than a propaganda machine for the royals, ignored the explosive truths the videos revealed and the fact that the Clinton campaign immediately put Creamer’s head on the chopping block. Besides, his work was done so he was expendable.
Trump is not running to be the president of America for a personal agenda, but Mrs. Clinton is. Trump is running to restore America to “We the People.” That fact alone has agitated the elites into a frenzy, who never want to see the power returned to the people. How dare Trump stand up for the veterans; how dare he stand for the unborn; how dare he stand for the American people and not the illegal aliens; how dare he stand for the Judeo-Christian values upon which the Constitution and this republic were founded? The elites have one goal in mind – to keep the American people in the dark, ignorant and obedient. And they will stop at nothing to quiet Trump and his kind, smearing him and stomping him like a cockroach.
Meanwhile, Trump, without the aid of the Republican elites, is fighting to take America back to its roots. To do that, most of us will have to think back more than four decades to an America before the monarchy usurped the republic. A time to when we had an honest president who was not “owned” by the elites. President Ronald Reagan was the last of his kind who was legitimately elected rather than installed. He was, however, forced to accept the first of the rising kings in George H.W. Bush as his vice president.
Upon Bush’s installment into the American political landscape, the propaganda machine began to assemble to fulfill their role in praising the monarchy. Ted Turner did his part and created CNN. No longer was old school, honest journalism the goal. Spoon-feeding the public a message crafted by the elites became the order of the day. Four decades later and Americans can no longer find the truth in the evening news. Truth has become an inaccessible commodity, as in the days of the old Soviet Union or current day North Korea.
Here are a few truths that you must know regarding the election that you will never hear from the mainstream:
- Hillary Clinton can smile with a superior smile because she knows she has the public fooled. She knows that the media will hide the fact that she is the woman who viciously smeared her husband’s mistresses, all the while claiming to be a champion for women.
- Hillary Clinton claims to be a champion for children, but advocates for the deaths of millions of unborn.
- Hillary Clinton claims to be a champion for the Latinos, but calls the Mexican community “needy.”
- Hillary Clinton claims to eschew election violence but pays people copious amounts of money to instigate violence against Trump and his supporters.
- Hillary Clinton openly creates lies and utilizes smear tactics for people standing for truth and Judeo Christian ethics.
- Hillary Clinton claims to be going high when her opponents go low, all the while crafting a lewd narrative fed to the public by her propaganda machine as fact.
Mrs. Clinton rides the high horse of morality, all the while cavorting in the gutters with the rats. Trump’s assessment is correct: America ceased to be great when the Bushes, the Clintons and Obamas became the kings and queens of the United States. A country that chose Obama to be a president twice and would even consider putting crooked Hillary in the Oval Office doesn’t deserve to be the greatest nation on earth.
The only way America will be great again is by kissing the Bushes and Clintons a final goodbye and escorting them out of Washington, for only then will we restore America to “We the People”.
The greatest teacher of all time, the God-man Jesus, taught this timeless truth in Matthew 5:43-48:
“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, ‘Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,’ so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? And if you greet only your brothers, what more are you doing than others? Do not even the Gentiles do the same? You therefore must be perfect, as your Heavenly Father is perfect” (ESV).
As we reel from another seemingly senseless slaughter of human life in recent days, questions swirl in our hearts and minds. It may arise as anger in our hearts, or sometimes in guilt of our own making, taking responsibility for the evil that we witness as a way to feel as if we can then exercise control over it. As Jesus tells us, we cannot control evil, only our response to it.
What was perpetrated by those who followed their own devices or the orders of those they represent, should not elicit a desire for a personal vendetta toward the individual. Ultimately a human is not our real enemy; Paul the apostle wrote these words to the church in Ephesus:
“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, again the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places” (Ephesians 6:12, ESV).
We are witnessing a spiritual battle and it must be seen with spiritual eyes. Unfortunately, many will not see it this way. What tragically happened in Orlando, FL will be politicized from every direction and the main point will be missed in the resulting fog.
Evil is real, and it comes from outside flesh and blood, yet is prevalent in our society as evidenced by many recent world events. Yet, this man who laid out so much carnage is not an enemy of a Christian nor are Muslims. Christians also must remember that homosexuals are not our enemy and there is no room for hateful words or actions.
God is the ultimate Judge in the universe and not mankind. When man was created he was placed in a perfect world. Yet, man thought he knew better than God and wanted more, following instead the temptations of the serpent in the perfect garden. The result was ruin of all mankind for all time, until Jesus’ presence upon the earth as the ultimate Savior from evil in the world.
What Adam and Eve thought was a good thing ended up as ruin for the history of man, yet God had an eternal plan that neither man nor Satan could set aside. Apart from God, life is a prison, but with God, through belief in Jesus Christ is perfect freedom. Perfect freedom is following the Scriptures in both Old and New Testaments. Jesus is the fulfillment of all God’s promises to mankind; Adam and Eve or Satan could not thwart what was planned in eternity past.
Christians are to love God and our fellow man. We are not to do offensive injury in any way to those we do not agree with, whether Muslim or one who designates themselves as homosexual. It is true that much hurt has been initiated by those who call themselves followers of Jesus but when one would look at what Jesus did and what He taught it would be clear that revenge or anger or physical injury of any type is not appropriate for a Christ follower.
We must pray for those who oppose us, due to our belief, but never strike a vengeful blow. In closing, the words of Scripture are extremely appropriate in this day and age as we see anger and spite in our world.
“Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. Contribute to the needs of the saints and seek to show hospitality.
Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse them. Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep. Live in harmony with one another. Do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly. Never be wise in your own sight. Repay no one evil for evil, but give thought to do what is honorable in the sight of all. If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all. Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, ‘Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.’ To the contrary, ‘if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals on his head.’ Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good” (Romans 12:9-21, ESV).
This is how a person who claims to be a follower of Jesus is to act towards fellow Christians and those who are not. Before a Christian goes on a verbal rampage, or worse, go to the Book to find out how to respond to the evils of the world in which we live.
The only true answer to the evils of this world is Jesus Christ! To begin following Him all one needs to do is believe that God raised Him from the dead and to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and you will be saved. Pretty simple, but life-changing.
By Mark Christian, M.D.
CNN’s “Silver Fox,” Anderson Cooper, went fishing with his best “gotcha” lure in his recent interview with Donald Trump, only to have his lure bitten off the line and tossed back on shore without bait, or fish.
“I think Islam hates us,” was Trump’s response to Cooper’s rather clumsy attempt to get “The Donald” to lump all Muslims together into some jingoistic, bigoted meatloaf on which the media and the DNC could feast.
Trump ignored the bait and countered by suggesting the media do their job (gasp!) and determine the difference between radical and moderate Islam for themselves, rather than trying to bait candidates based on preconceived notions of bigotry.
The failure of his lure notwithstanding, Cooper nonetheless characterized Trump’s answer as inadequately worshipful toward the altar of “non-Islamic Islamic terrorism,” by describing Trump’s answer as “drawing little distinction between the religion and radical Islamic terrorism.”
In fact, Trump’s answer is accurate in general terms – the 30,000-foot view, if you will – but would do well with an explanation as to why.
The concept of “radical Islam” as our enemy is an egregious misnomer. A far more appropriate (and accurate) appellation would be “devout Islamist,” which is more reflective of the motivations of those who seek to place the entire earth under the heel of Shariah.
Jihad is waged for the purpose of creating Allah’s kingdom on earth, which requires the submission of the earth and all in it to Islam. In and of itself, this is not a problem to society at large, until you add in the religious duty of all Muslims to exercise any and all means to achieve this goal – including extreme violence against innocents.
This is the legacy of Muhammad – the command to subjugate all to Islam by any means necessary. Given the fact that reform in Islam is forbidden under threat of death for apostasy, the likelihood that Islam will abandon its core mission just because the infidels aren’t comfortable with it is nil. Islam as a religion must be separated from Islam as an ideology of political governance.
The fact stares us in the face, bold and unabashed: There is no such thing as a “casual Islamic terrorist.” Those who commit these atrocities are devout Muslims, not casual adherents. They don’t become “radicalized” and then pick up a knife and march off to find the nearest head that needs separating from its body; the terrorist grows more devout, gains more and deeper understanding of Islam, Muhammad’s commands and his role in bringing Allah’s kingdom closer to reality.
Much is made of the idea that Islamic terrorism is driven not by Islam, but by the more mundane forces of economic deprivation, lack of opportunity and the suffering of repeated exploitation by the colonialist Western powers. When one is obsessed with the have/have not paradigm (as is the international left) then one sees everything through “red” glasses. They cannot conceive of a level of devotion to a “religion” – you know, that big invisible daddy in the sky! – that would drive people to such acts. Surely it must be something else, like oppression, or racism, or exploitation. You know, the things that drive them to lose control and take up arms.
The confirmation bias is overwhelming and has not gone unnoticed by Islamic supremacists. The Muslim Brotherhood has relied upon this fundamental misunderstanding of motive to conceal their true aim of domination.
There was a great deal of laughter when former State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf, famously said, “We cannot kill our way out of this war. We need in the medium to longer term to go after the root causes that leads people to join these groups, whether it’s lack of opportunity for jobs, whether …”
At this point the interviewer, Chris Matthews interrupted, saving Ms. Harf from further humiliation by her own words.
The reality is, as hilarious as her statement seemed at the time, it squares completely with the policy initiatives and “Marxist-lens” worldview that animates the left. In other words, not only was she entirely serious, she was also outlining the foreign policy of the Obama administration regarding those who will stop at nothing to fulfill Allah’s wish.
It is this massive and dangerous disconnect that has led to the policy debacles of this administration (and the one before it!) regarding Islam, and will break the knees of the next administration if not repudiated and replaced with stark reality.
Donald Trump is right to say “Islam hates us,” but he would do all of us a great service if he would go one step further and do what Anderson Cooper and his fellows will not –and tell the American people why Islam hates us.
With Super Tuesday receding into the rear view mirror, it is prudent to turn our attention to the road ahead. This isn’t an ordinary election year – at least not in the fashion we have come to know in the post-WWII era – where primaries and caucuses easily winnow the field of candidates without upending the process itself.
This view however, is a relatively recent phenomenon. For a far longer period, the nominating convention was much more consequential than the state events that preceded it. Yes, primaries and caucuses were held, but the real decisions were made behind the scenes, at the convention where alliances were struck and deals were made to coalesce support behind the strongest (or best connected) candidate. Ever heard the phrase “smoky backroom deals?”
The states choose the candidate to whom their delegates (delegates to the nominating convention) will be pledged for the first floor vote. Typically, by the time of the convention, a candidate has amassed enough delegates to win the nomination on the first vote. However, if no single candidate has enough pledged delegates to claim the nomination on the first vote, ALL delegates are released from their obligations and can vote however they choose in each subsequent vote.
Here’s where the deals are made. Here’s where second and third place candidates jockey for position, (Cabinet posts, Ambassadorships, etc.) in return for urging their pledged delegates to support someone else.
It is this moment where the frontrunner is naked and exposed, vulnerable in the extreme; and it is this moment where a popular, but politically naïve, or poorly organized candidate can see his presumed nomination dissipate like so much smoke.
It is this moment where the “anyone but Trump” coalition intends to take him down.
The casual observers (otherwise known as the mainstream media) will tell you the race is over and Trump has won it. Indeed, the papers and news sites are full of just such pronouncements. They are wrong.
There is a threshold of 1237 delegates needed to secure the nomination vote at the convention. As of Super Tuesday, Trump has 316, Cruz has 226 and Rubio has 106. The remaining candidates (including those who have dropped out) have a combined 40. Even Common Core math will show that Trump hasn’t reached the 50% threshold yet.If that can be maintained, Trump cannot enter the convention with enough delegates to secure the nomination on the first vote, meaning all bets are off and the convention will choose the nominee, just as they have for the majority of our nation’s political history. The uninformed (also known as the mainstream media) will tell you this is unprecedented. Again, they are wrong.
Our junior Senator, Ben Sasse, a man who I did not support in the Primary, but who has earned my unqualified respect ever since, recently said he could not cast a vote for Trump in good conscience. His statement set off an argument that is long overdue; just how much loyalty is owed a party when that party has failed to reciprocate?
It is this disconnect between Republican as campaigners and Republican in office that has spawned the rise of a man like Trump. Virtually all Republicans since Reagan have run as conservatives, oft citing their devotion to constitutional principles as their guiding light.
We know all too well however, that once in office, these paragons of constitutional republicanism have proven to be less disappointment than turncoat.
The most egregious overreaches of the Left in general and the Obama administration in particular were all within the power of the Republican-held Congress to stop. They chose not to, and consequently our debt has ballooned as never before while our liberties (which are the true basis of our economy and way of life) have eroded to levels that would make Eugene Debs* blush.
Senator Sasse isn’t trying to divide the Republican party, he is trying to set the stage for the convention – to prepare the ground for the battle to come. Think of it as dropping leaflets from a plane warning civilians to leave the area before the fighting begins.
Let’s assume for the sake of argument that the dull-witted automatons (again known as the mainstream media!) are correct, and Trump manages to seal the deal before the convention and becomes the Republican nominee. Are we destined to endure another term under a braggodocious usurper of power attempting to bypass checks and balances with a pen and a phone?
No, we are not. Whether the next President is Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, or some other anti-constitutional candidate yet to emerge, our nation is only in real danger if the Republican led Congress continues their supine ways in the face of executive abuses of power.
The Congress is extremely powerful. They can defend the people from a would-be dictator in the Oval office in myriad ways; they merely need to exercise their Constitutional power – something the gelatinously-spined Republican leadership has been thus far loathe to do.
It isn’t a foregone conclusion that the Republic is lost if a Hillary or a Donald gets to add President to their names. It is however a certainty that our Republic will collapse if the Congress refuses to stand between an activist judiciary, a chief executive given to unconstitutional overreach and the people of the United States.
Don’t forget, the states themselves are not without power as well.
Our system isn’t impotent in the face of the left’s ghoulish cult of death and oppression of individual liberty. The Framers bequeathed us a multitude of weapons to fight precisely this battle. These weapons are simply lying on a shelf, unused and gathering dust, awaiting a committed group of patriots to wield them as intended.
The race for the Republican nomination is far from over, and the fate of the nation far from sealed. Stay tuned and remain engaged. That’s the handle by which we patriots might grasp the founder’s weapons to defend liberty from yet another assault.
*Eugene Debs was the last Socialist candidate to run openly for office as a Socialist.
Every year brings its triumphs and its failures; 2016 will be no different. What is unique for this turn of the calendar is the confluence of perils threatening our way of life. Not since WWII have we seen such pervasive global violence and unsettling societal disruption.
The world has always struggled to maintain peace – between nations, peoples and religions – with history recording the outcomes of countless paroxysms of conflict, at all levels of human experience.
Yet…we fail to take the lessons to heart, condemning our posterity to repeat our mistakes, just as we echoed the missteps of our own ancestors. Again, we herald the arrival of a New Year, hopeful in aspect but troubled in practice.
The Golden Rule is tarnished by those charged with upholding and propagating it. Some even declare it void, valuing justice with qualifiers over justice for all.
Our Constitution, the single greatest secular bulwark against man’s proclivity for oppression yet devised – is flouted with impunity and “honored” with false piety by those whom it was written to restrain.
The corrupt and despotic have been with us always, and will remain at our sides until God Himself grasps the fabric of reality and shakes it out like a post-dinner tablecloth, ridding it of the detritus of our appetites. Until then, we must guard against these impulses in others and ourselves by adhering to the rule of law, and insisting others do the same.
I’m reminded of a scene from a movie that has again become particularly relevant to our times, A Man for All Seasons, the story of Sir Thomas More.
Roper: So now you’d give the Devil benefit of law!
More: Yes. What would you do? Cut a great road through the law to get after the Devil?
Roper: I would lay every law in England flat to get at the Devil!
More: And when every law was down, and the Devil turned round on you — where would you hide, Roper, the laws all being flat?
Our foes worship at a different altar, valuing principles that further a vision of existence that is anathema to our own. Their world and ours cannot occupy the same space at the same time any more than chains can accommodate free will and gazelle-like leaps.
Compromise is the heart of politics, but when compromise strays from method to principle, it becomes instead the rotten core which poisons the entire system. So it is with all things worth believing; a reliance on objective truth is our only hope of getting it right.
Much fear is wrought by the major media when referring to a supposed monolithic block of “right-wing Christians,” seeking to “impose our beliefs” on others. Every election cycle includes the tiresome, but obligatory, stories about how “un-American” it is to bring one’s religious beliefs into one’s choice of candidate, or judgment of policy.
It has been said that you “cannot legislate morality,” but as Judge Robert Bork famously wrote “We legislate little else.” I challenge you to cite a law that doesn’t have morality as its foundation. Our laws against theft, violence, fraud, etcetera all derive their legitimacy from the simplest statement of morality – the aforementioned Golden Rule – “do unto others as you would have done unto yourself.” The very rule contravened by the concept of “justice with qualifiers.”
The idea of “hate speech,” the nonsense of “micro aggressions” and the repulsive usurpation of equality known as “white privilege,” spawn hatreds and division where none were intended or, in most cases, existed at all.
All this while an enemy empowered as never before – Islamic supremacism – outmaneuvers the western powers at every turn. The most powerful military force in the history of this planet is hamstrung by a demented fealty to a politically correct worldview that seeks to “impose its own beliefs” upon all of us.
There is a desperate and dangerous fantasy being peddled by the Left; one that pretends to solve problems by merely “raising awareness” about them. A fantasy world where grievances aren’t measured by legitimacy, but rather by the group to which the aggrieved belongs. A fantasy world where groups of people can segregate themselves by race, declare their lives more valuable than all others and, most distressingly of all, find people willing to pander to them, legitimizing their circus-mirror reality.
The New Year ahead of us will surely be challenging and frustrating for those who love liberty and revere truth, but it doesn’t have to be disappointing. We have our faith, our values and God’s aid in times of strife and confusion. No matter how dark the day, take heart this next year secure in the knowledge of how this story ends…God wins.
Happy New Year to you and yours.
doing something about it is hard.
Islam is a religion, and Muslims are those who follow that religion. Islam isn’t a race or ethnicity; it is entirely different. All religions form some sort of congregation, a place where their followers may gather to worship, but Islam goes much further. Islam requires the formation of a state, a political entity to govern Allah’s (the god of Islam) kingdom on earth.
This kingdom is to be ever-expanding until it encompasses all of the earth and everything in it. It is this aspect of Islam that takes it from religion to theocratic political system, and the unyielding requirement to spread Islam by any means necessary renders this theocratic/political construct dangerous – even lethal – to the rest of the non-Muslim world.
Muslims are called to fight to establish that theocratic kingdom in which Muslims will be the first class citizens and all will be governed by Allah’s given law – Sharia. A Muslim must continue this fight until it is unconditionally successful. This struggle, known as Jihad, is the highest calling, and most rewarded behavior in all of Islam.
Some Muslims choose to answer that call with brutal violence in furtherance of their kingdom, fighting and dying in service to the cause, believing they are securing their salvation, while other Muslims support the cause in less lethal ways, through propaganda and political scheming.
Still other Muslims ignore the call almost entirely, leaving the task for other Muslims to perform. This doesn’t necessarily mean they are opposed, just simply unwilling to exercise that level of devotion to their religion.
Muslims who answer the call of Allah to establish Allah’s kingdom on earth are described in the west as “radical” Islamists, yet they are only pursuing the full call of their religious devotion. They aren’t radical, they are devout.
The issue is at once complex and simple…there is no guarantee that the less devout Muslim (who pose no present threat) will not grow in their devotion, becoming dangerous and violent as the American-raised attacker in San Bernardino. The establishment of Allah’s kingdom on earth is preached and taught in every Mosque in America – indeed, in the entire world – and these less devout Muslims feel the burden of constant guilt for falling short in their devotion to their god.
In Islamic doctrine, sin is cumulative. The missed prayer, the sipped beer, will all be remembered and punished in eternity unless expunged. Mosques all over the world place heavy emphasis on this concept.
In Christianity, Jesus’ blood was shed in a “once for all” sacrifice to redeem believers from sin, cleansing us in preparation of an eternity spent with God.
In Islam (where a great deal of doctrine is a mirror opposite of Christianity) the Muslim is told to shed the blood of others to be free of the soul-crushing weight of all those sins accumulated in life.
Why did the 9/11 terrorists spend their final night engaged in heavy drinking and debauchery at a strip club? They were devout Muslims and this behavior is haram (unclean, forbidden) in Islam.
Because they knew the next day they would be cleansed of those sins by flying planes full of innocent people into buildings full of innocent people. This act of jihad in service to the establishment of Allah’s earthly kingdom was their “Allah-approved” path to salvation.
This is why you see worldly Muslims suddenly turn to vicious acts of barbarism (like the young female suicide bomber in Paris). They are seeking to redeem their souls.
Imams frequently take misguided and troubled Muslim youth, adrift in permissive western societies, and convince them that only jihad can save them from the eternal fires of Hell.
This is what we fight. Redemption from sin is the prize dangled before the Muslim, and martyrdom through Jihad is the path to salvation.
We aren’t fighting radicals within the religion of Islam, we are threatened by increasing devotion within the religion of Islam.
It is an essential distinction to understand, and we can no longer afford to recoil from the sad realization that Islam, as taught and practiced today, is wholly incompatible with a free society. Before we can have a fruitful discussion of the subject, we must first accept the truth.
New York City residents were treated to a glimpse of their (and our!) future recently when Egyptian journalists in town to cover the visit of Egyptian President Al-Sisi to the UN were assaulted by Muslim Brotherhood agents – in full view of New York City police.
The journalists were assaulted verbally and physically while New York’s finest looked on, deigning to intervene in much the same way a schoolteacher does with a recalcitrant student – tut-tutting and tsk-tsking – rather than apprehending and jailing the violent assaulters as one would expect on the streets of an American city.
In the end, after clearly committing crimes of personal violence, the attackers were sent on their way. Not arrested. Not detained. Simply allowed to wander off, their intimidation attack successful and unchallenged.
One cannot imagine a similar response to similar circumstances involving gay men and bigoted attackers, or Muslim men attacked by Hindus. A primary tool of Islamic intimidation is the exploitation of the risk averse nature of civilized western democracies. Threaten to riot and watch the spineless politicians quail in revulsion from the prospect of confrontation.
This is the model by which Islamic enclaves have gained supremacy over entire swaths of major European cities, creating functional “no-go” areas where even the police will not enter for fear of sparking a violent reaction from the Muslim residents. This results in what you might expect – the utter abandonment of native citizens who live in the area or happen to wander into the neighborhood by mistake.
In these cities, the appropriate police response to the assault of these native citizens by the Muslim immigrants (arrest and prosecution for crimes under the host nation’s law) have been forestalled by government interference in the hopes of avoiding a wider incident of civil unrest.
In other words, let them beat, rape and sometimes kill individuals with functional impunity, as long as they don’t start widespread rioting that will endanger our chances in the next election.
It is the height of appeasement, and the depth of civil depravity, all in one disgusting convulsion of fecklessness.
The behavior of these Muslim Brotherhood thugs on the streets of a premier American city is unacceptable, however the reaction on the part of the police (and presumably their superiors who must have surely given them orders to stand down) is far more disturbing, as it is an attitude of appeasement that results in enablement of lawlessness and fear.
When the law refuses to act, citizens will fill the vacuum with action of their own; the very definition of civil breakdown. Yet…what are citizens to do when their government abandons them to the predations of an interloping ideology?
The individuals involved in this incident need to be identified, arrested, prosecuted and, if not American citizens, deported permanently after serving their sentences. Tolerance of other views is an essential element of a free society, however such tolerance doesn’t constitute a suicide pact. We have no legal or moral obligation to tolerate the advocates of our destruction and enslavement, which is precisely what the Muslim Brotherhood intends to do.
I urge you to send this video to your local Sheriff, police chief and Mayor, with a request for them to tell you what they would do should a similar circumstance arise in your city or town. Prevention is better than cure, and in the case of violent intimidation, essential to keeping the peace.
Our future is on display for all to see. What is happening in Europe – violent rioting and invasion-level migration – is coming here next. It’s up to us to be prepared with the proper policies and personnel in place to respond appropriately.
This includes those we elect to represent us. Especially those who we elect to represent us.
Ben Carson isn’t a bigot – he is absolutely right. A Muslim should not be president of the United States. If Islam were merely a religion, then Dr. Carson would indeed be misguided, but Islam is so much more. Islam is everything to the Muslim.
Islam is a way of life – a political and judicial system all its own, encompassing every aspect of the Muslim’s life. It orders his activities based on the strictures of Islamic law – modeled on the actions and beliefs of the perfect man of Islam, Mohammed, not some corrupt social construct of the kafir (infidels).
Of course, in America, that “corrupt social construct” is the Constitution, and we recognize it as the supreme law of the land. However, a Muslim cannot do so without rebelling against his/her own faith. Islam is indeed wholly incompatible with the governance of a constitutional republic.
This reality will not stop the left from losing their collective (and collectivist!) minds over the whole subject. We know that truth will never deter a liberal from pushing an agenda, despite overwhelming evidence that their agenda is a catastrophe looking for a suitable disaster area.
CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations), the self-described Muslim civil rights advocacy group, has already weighed in, calling for Carson to withdraw from the presidential race. In doing so, they may have become a bit too clever, as their status as a 501(c)(3) is now in jeopardy, what with their becoming involved “either for or against any candidate for public office.”
Will the Obama politicized IRS pursue the revocation of CAIR’s non-profit status? I have a greater chance of being appointed ambassador to the Milky Way galaxy than America has of seeing anything resembling justice coming from this “Justice” Department.
Whether you believe that Dr. Carson is a good choice as leader of the free world or not, we all owe him a debt of gratitude for mentioning the unmentionable: Islam is the problem, and because of the teachings of Islam, its adherents cannot be entrusted with the responsibilities of high office.
You see, delusion is a mental defect that compels those who suffer from it to ignore reality in favor of fantasy. Political correctness is an advanced form of delusion that compels those who suffer from it to force everyone else to adopt the same fantasies…or else.
Dr. Carson has broached the subject in an honest manner and will soon become a test case for America’s tolerance for truth – a reagent if you will, to test our society for the depth of our delusions.
I wonder if we can pass the test.
Sometimes in life, the way forward is murky; choices are muddled, lacking sharp edges, or stark lines to help us determine what is road and what is ditch…thankfully, our response to the recent revelations regarding Planned Parenthood and their wanton selling of the scraps of a child that result from an abortion is not like that at all. This one is easy.
The Global Faith Institute exists to serve God, strengthen our faith and stand for right over wrong. The depraved indifference toward unborn children exhibited in those videos is breathtaking. As human beings, we cannot sit idly by as our political system turns a blind eye to atrocity. Furthermore, as a Christian institute dedicated to justice and service, GFI cannot remain silent in the face of such brazen evil. Given who we are and what we now know, the question echoes throughout our state…”What can we do?”
The recently released “behind the scenes” videos of Planned Parenthood officials and staff have caused tremendous consternation among those of us who value the sanctity of life from conception to natural death. A horror, once witnessed, cannot be unseen or easily ignored.
The shock has reverberated throughout our national conscience, stirring millions to question the legitimacy of a legal structure that permits these unconscionable acts, and a political culture that turns a blind eye.
To many, it appears clear from both context and the actual statements seen on the videos that laws regarding the proper disposition of fetal remains are being disregarded on an unthinkable scale.
Worse, it seems that, despite the carefully parsed denials of the Planned Parenthood leadership (and their numerous media allies) the organization has been profiting handsomely from the sale of the post-abortion “products of gestation” we used to have the courage to describe as a baby.
Abortion is not the issue here. As abhorrent a practice as I personally believe it to be, one does not need to be an opponent of abortion to feel a visceral repulsion to the actions and mindset revealed in these videos.
Since the first video came to light, I have personally struggled with a response. I have spoken to friends, colleagues and family about my concerns and found those people to be as perplexed as I regarding appropriate action, now that depravity stares us in the face.
With the release of each video we found ourselves drawn more deeply down the rabbit hole, glimpsing a world where the harvesting of fetal organs and tissue for profit is not only acceptable, but calculated for maximum revenue.
After sleepless nights of research and agonized thoughts, I humbly offer a way forward; a path out of the weeds and into the fields, where our efforts today may yield a harvest of decency for decades to come.
As of this moment, I urge every citizen to call on Governor Pete Ricketts to immediately convene a Special Session of the Unicameral to consider the “Fetal Dignity Protection Act,” (FDPA) (see below).
The existing laws against the sale of fetal organs and tissue are Federal, and the investigation and enforcement functions rely on the prosecutorial discretion of the Obama Justice Department.
I believe many – if not most – Nebraskans would prefer to have that discretion held more closely – in the hands of our own State Attorney General and County attorneys. The FDPA would accomplish this by mirroring the federal prohibitions, absent the necessity of “interstate commerce.”
This legislation doesn’t infringe upon or in any way inhibit a woman’s access to an abortion, as it isn’t applicable until the abortion has already been performed. The FDPA simply requires that an abortion provider account for the disposition of each set of fetal remains, and refrain from selling the dismembered and dissected scraps of an unborn human child.
Honestly, even the corpses of our enemies in war are treated with greater respect and dignity than that granted fetal remains following an abortion.
This legislation has distinguished authorship; a great son of Nebraska, Mr. Patrick J. Borchers, an internationally recognized expert in law and arbitration, who has also served as dean of the Creighton University School of Law.
His legal rationale is sound, and the substance of the bill is easily understood and appropriately focused into a few short paragraphs.
Whether the behavior revealed in these videos is prosecutable federally or not, is immaterial. With enactment of FDPA, we can ensure that, in Nebraska, such activities will indeed be prohibited, and material violations will be punishable under state law.
I would ask three things of you today –
Immediately share this post on your wall and with your friends. Copy and paste the entire thing into an email to everyone in your contact list. Talk about it… often.
Next, contact your State Senator today, by phone and email, and ask them to express to the Governor their support for a Special Session to address this issue.
Finally, call AND email the Governor’s office, also today. Insist he convene a Special Session to preserve the dignity of the innocent, and to hold accountable those who would attempt to profit from their tiny lifeless bodies.
These three steps are the answer to the original question…this is “what we can do” immediately, and to great effect. Don’t let another day pass without standing up for basic human decency.

Fetal Dignity Protection Act
Be it enacted by the people of the state of Nebraska,
Section 1: This law may be referred to and cited as the “Fetal Dignity Protection Act.”
Section 2: It shall be unlawful for any person acting within the State to knowingly acquire, receive, or otherwise transfer any human fetal tissue for valuable consideration. As used in this Act, “valuable consideration” includes, but is not limited to, reimbursement of expenses incurred in connection with the acquisition, receipt or transfer of the fetal tissue. As used in this Act, “human fetal tissue” means tissue or cells obtained from a dead human embryo or fetus after a spontaneous or induced abortion, or after a stillbirth.
Section 3: Any person who performs abortions within the State must file annual reports as to the treatment of each aborted human fetus. If a corporation or other entity employs, or engages as independent contractors, one or more persons who conduct abortions, the corporation or entity shall file a report on behalf of all persons conducting abortions while in its employ or with whom it contracts. However, the person conducting the abortions shall have an affirmative duty to ensure that the report filed on the person’s behalf is true and accurate. The report shall exclude the name and all identifying information as to the woman from whom the fetus was aborted. The Director of the Department of Health and Human Services shall create a form for reporting the treatment of each fetus and the report shall be filed with the Department of Health and Human Services and available for public inspection. The Director may make such rules and regulations as are necessary and proper to carrying out the purposes of this Act.
Section 4: Willful and material failure to comply with this Act shall be a Class IV felony. The Attorney General may seek in the District Court of the County in which abortions are performed an injunction preventing the further conduction of abortions by any person violating this Act. The District Court shall grant such injunction if it finds by clear and convincing evidence that the person conducting the abortions has willfully and materially violated this Act. If the person conducting abortions did so while in the employ of, or under contract with, a corporation or entity that corporation or entity shall also be named as a party. The injunction shall prevent the further conduction of abortions by that corporation or other entity.
